Macroflux • launch architecture

How to build Macroflux into a real business, with the right AI stack

This is the clean operator view: what the offer is, how the tech stack should work, how to handle mobile vs desktop, what hardware to buy, and what to do today to get LLC, banking, and launch moving.
Core recommendation
Hermes first
Use Friday / Hermes as the main operating brain and execution layer. Use Claude as a friendlier front-end thinking partner when needed. Use OpenClaw only if you specifically need a separate coding-heavy or breadth-first multi-agent bench.
Friday/Hermes = main operator Claude = premium UI / creative partner OpenClaw = optional coding sidecar
Website status

Current direction is right

  • Offer now makes more sense: custom AI employee teams + custom AI systems
  • Five ad pages are created
  • Site is live on macroflux.dev
  • Next visual task is a true mobile-first polish while preserving desktop feel

What Macroflux actually sells

Do not sell “AI” in the abstract. Sell custom AI employees and execution systems for specific business outcomes.
  • Custom AI employee teams
  • Custom AI systems for companies
  • Lead pursuit AI employees
  • Operations automation
  • SEO / content systems
  • Finance and bookkeeping support agents
  • Bespoke workflow automation for unusual businesses

Best GTM angle

Start narrow. Close one kind of buyer first. You can broaden later.
  • Founders and operators with execution debt
  • Agencies / service businesses buried in repetitive coordination
  • Real estate operators and brokerages with lead flow + admin drag
  • Luxury / concierge-style businesses that need speed and follow-up

Hermes vs OpenClaw vs Claude — practical answer

Hermes / Friday
Main orchestrator. Best when you want one persistent agent across chat surfaces, tools, memory, files, cron, and business ops. This should be the company’s main operating brain.
Claude / Opus
Best as a premium UI layer and thought partner. Great for strategy, design, writing, and higher-comfort user interaction. Keep Claude as a front-end collaborator, not the entire infrastructure.
OpenClaw
Useful if you want a separate multi-agent coding stack or you specifically prefer its ecosystem/reach. Good optional bench, not necessary as the first foundation if Friday is already the main operator.
Layer 1

Operator interface

  • WhatsApp / chat access
  • Claude as premium design / thinking UI
  • Internal dashboard for Macroflux ops
Layer 2

Execution layer

  • Hermes / Friday
  • Agent routing
  • Memory, task tracking, cron, tools
  • GitHub / Cloudflare / WordPress / APIs
Layer 3

Specialized stacks

  • OpenClaw if needed for coding-heavy multi-agent work
  • Custom client deployments
  • Local or cloud model serving later

Mac mini / Mac Studio recommendation

For local AI agents and future local model work, the current public consensus heavily favors newer M4 Pro Macs with more unified memory.
  • Best practical starter: Mac mini M4 Pro with 48GB or 64GB unified memory
  • Sweet spot: 64GB RAM, 1TB storage if budget allows
  • Budget local setup: base M4 can work for light agent orchestration, but not ideal for bigger local model plans
  • If you want overkill / heavier local AI later: Mac Studio

My recommendation for you

  • Now: Mac mini M4 Pro, 64GB RAM, 1TB SSD
  • Why: strong enough for local agents, local tools, sidecar models, and always-on business ops
  • Skip for now: giant Mac Studio purchase unless you know you want heavy local inference immediately
Good enough for: Hermes + Claude workflows, local automation, WordPress/site ops, dashboards, internal agent routing, light-to-medium local model usage.

Same-day business setup checklist

This is the real operator sequence. Exact filing speed depends on your state and bank, but this is the fastest clean path.
Form the LLC in your state or Delaware, depending on your strategy. Use the business name exactly as you want it used for banking and contracts.
Get EIN immediately from IRS once the LLC filing is accepted / ready enough for EIN flow.
Create Operating Agreement, even if single-member.
Open business bank account with: government ID, EIN, Articles/Certificate of Formation, Operating Agreement, and business address details.
Set up domain email and core tools: Google Workspace, Stripe (if needed), bookkeeping stack, calendar, CRM.
Create clean offer deck / site / booking flow and start outreach the same day.

What to do today

  1. Finalize site mobile polish
  2. Choose exact LLC state / name formatting
  3. Get EIN
  4. Open business bank account
  5. Set up business email
  6. Wire booking/contact flow
  7. Launch outreach using the 5 ad angles

What I’d make the first offer

  • Flagship: Custom AI employee team
  • Expansion: Operations coordinator AI employee
  • Expansion: SEO/content AI employee
  • Selective: finance / bookkeeping support agent
